Welcome to the Forum for Research, Innovation, Human Development and the Arts (F.R.I.D.H.A.)!

The non-profit association (NPO) FRIDHA is both a platform for exchange and mutual aid and an experimental action-research laboratory.

FRIDHA is based in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, the capital of Europe and the capital of contemporary dance: an international crossroads, young, dynamic and full of surprises.

OUR NEWS

SO, LET'S DANCE?

Dancing is about finding your rhythm and rhythm. A dynamic that carries, that does good, that seeks fluidity and authenticity.

Finding your own way of dancing with life, because life is more beautiful by dancing...

Because dancing carries us, we organize ourselves to do it!

Courses, internships, groups of dancers, shows, international cooperation...

You will find here all the news of the moment.

MEETING WITH A CUBAN BABALAO

Oddi Yekun visited us in Brussels from the 13th to the 30th October as part of a cultural exchange funded under the FRIDHA grants.

While the process was experimental, one of the main objectives of this meeting was to deepen an interfaith dialogue between Santeria and Buddhism.
