QUERU Mexican Canteen is Chef Alberto Nol's new and second venture in The Hague, Netherlands.

Alberto Nol, a 38-year-old Mexican, made a name for himself when he opened his first gourmet restaurant, Ruiseñor, on the Denneweg in The Hague three years ago. He creates Mexican emotional food, that is, dishes inspired by the history, textures, flavors and aromas of Mexico that will delight your palate.

In 2018, the QUERU Mexican Canteen was inaugurated. In a festive and warm atmosphere you can enjoy delicious cocktails, not to mention the tacos that are served with them.
